House on the Hill is a detached converted chalet, 8 mins from Samoëns centre, in the French Alps, with spacious living areas and cosy accommodation — ideal for a fun holiday with family and friends.

House on the Hill is located at an altitude of 1,100 metres in Samoëns a traditional mountain village 1 hour's drive from Geneva Airport and 10 minutes from the Grand Massif Express Lift.

Spacious and comfortable, the whole chalet can accommodate up to a maximum of 18 people in 3 self catering apartments on 2 different levels. The upper apartment sleeps up to 8 people, and the 2 ground floor level apartments sleep 4 and 6 respectively.

The accommodation allows for all 3 apartments to be rented for large groups as the hallway is communal allowing families to holiday together, but still be independent.

Samoëns is at the centre of the Grand Massif skiing region and within easy reach of the beautiful cities of Geneva, Annecy, and Thonon, the chalet is well located for enjoying the best of the Haute Savoie region all year round. Italy and Switzerland are both in easy reach, less than 1 hour's drive.

Samoëns has all the necessary amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants with varying prices ranges,
child care facilities, sports hire shops for ski equipment and other outdoor activities. If you like skiing, snowboarding,
walking, mountain biking, swimming, riding, tennis, canoeing, or simply relaxing then all are available.

The Chapman's live onsite and will prepare the apartments, welcome you and ensure your stay in the Haute Savoie is a pleasant one.
